Quartzer: Dimension hopping....hero
Summary
Originally a researcher from a more technologically advanced dimension, Quartzer was the one designated to be the person to test an experimental belt capable of inter dimensional travel. Jumping at the chance for something that could possibly be more exciting than his daily life, he would test it without checking for any potential glitches in the system, resulting in a technical error forever barring him from returning to his reality of origin.
Personality
Due to his predicament, he feels the need to make his name immortalized in every dimension he goes to, resulting in a rather cocky demeanor. The canine will go out of his way to force the center of attention to be all about him....while coming off all heroic like. Despite his ego, Quartzer does have some sense of morals, leaving him with some points he will refuses to cross past and defend with fiery resolve.
Powers/Abilities
While having no supernatural powers himself, the experimental belt, synced with his nervous system, allows him to emulate such abilities.
“Overclock”
Via voice prompt, he can stimulate the proper nerves and muscles of the body to enhance his strength, speed, and reflexes...each grade of such being signified by a letter of the Greek alphabet, each grade of it granting further enhancement. However, the body does endure greater strain from the higher grades and prolonged time in the higher Overclock states can leave to severe bouts of burnout.
Elemental emulation/Exceed System
By using the data within the belt to generate computer chips based off of various elements, which can be inserted through the top slot of the center of the belt, the canine can gain access to near above advanced level control of the element..also resulting in his normally clear like grey irises to change color to match the element. Besides using the elements as projectiles and shields, he can enhance his strikes with said element via surrounding his limbs with the power
“Exceed Charge/Exceed Strike”
Fitting his flashy heroic nature, he can active the higher power functions of the Exceed System to deliver a devastating finishing attack! Depending on what element is used, the finisher that is activated can change in both style and power.
